Telecounseling (video or phone) sessions available Monday-Friday
Private Pay Rates:
$150 for 1 hr session
Intensive sessions (1.5-3 hours) are available, at a rate of $150/hour, depending on availability

- I am an in-network provider with BlueCross BlueShield (PPO plans)
- I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, UMR, Carelon Behavioral Health, Ascension, Quest Behavioral Health, and a growing list of insurance companies through Alma & Headway. Payment:
I accept all major credit cards & HSA cards
Changes and Cancellations:
All changes and/or cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged a late change/cancellation fee equal to the amount of the full session fee.
Telecounseling:
I offer telecounseling by video or phone for clients who can’t make it into the office face-to-face. These distance sessions are available to clients who live in the state of Texas.
